EPM Magnetic Chuck
Power is drawn only at switch-on/switch-off — the workpiece stays clamped even through a power outage. High holding force for CNC machining.

About the Product
Unlike conventional electromagnetic chucks, EPM (electro-permanent magnet) technology does not draw power continuously. A short pulse of current is applied to the coils only at the moment of clamping and releasing; once the workpiece is locked to the chuck, the magnetic field is maintained by permanent magnets.
This means that even if a power outage occurs, the part being machined does not shift — protecting both operator safety and part accuracy. On CNC machining centers, milling, and turning setups it gives access to 5 faces in a single clamping.

Every EPM chuck is custom-sized by our engineering team to match your part geometry and machine type.
Advantages
